Cable and ISP must be out all over - I've been on hold for hours trying to get it fixed. Then the instant message window popped up. "Check your connection now, should be working fine." "Who are you?" I asked. As I did it the connections window showed no internet connection; reaching behind the tower, somehow my ISP cord had been disconnected since I tried rebooting it...
