That's horrific!

I've finally gotten around to reading my copy of All Flesh Must Be Eaten (AFMBE), the zombie survival horror role-playing gaming, and it is awesome. I've wanted to run a zombie game for a long time, and I'm trying to see if I can be ready to run a game before Halloween (doubtful). The system (titled "Unisystem") appears to be very simple. You have a basic stat, maybe throw in a skill if applicable, roll a d10, and if you get a nine, your successful! If I do end up running this, which I hope happens, I'm seriously considering their alternate rule set where you can play with a deck of 54 playing cards instead of rolling your d10. I like it for some reason.

The game doesn't appear to require a game mat or miniatures, but I still like the idea of having a tangible count of the enemies at hand, so it may be something I incorporate, at least for aesthetics. I'm really liking what I've seen so far of unisystem, and with the cross-line appeal of some of their other games, who knows where Eden Games will take us! I know, next you can check out Eden's website for more information!

Shocktober Day 12 - Noise.

Everyone complains, but you get used to living next to the interstate - soon it's like a sailor longing for the sound of the ocean with the white noise lulling you into sleep. I was laying in bed having trouble sleeping and noticed the sound stopped. I ran outside and it was empty, all of it, wait, who is that and why is he running away from me?
